If you are spending below $100 then shipping costs are calculated based on the Zip code of the delivery address. Shipping is available to all of the United States via UPS Ground or via UPS 2nd Day Air to meet your more urgent needs. Shipping to Canada is also available via UPS Canada Standard. For orders outside the US and Canada, The United States Postal Service Priority International service will be used, with a typical delivery time of 6 to 10 days. UPS Ground will deliver to you within 6 days from when your order was completed. All orders will be completed within 48hrs from receipt, Monday to Friday. Orders received on Saturday & Sunday will be processed on Monday. See the UPS map below for the delivery times to your US location. Canada Standard will take 6 days.
For orders delivered to non-US destinations, please note you may be charged duties and/or taxes by your local postal service and/or government for your order as it is coming from outside of your country. Simply e-mail our customer services team and you will be given a return authorization slip by e-mail. If a product is damaged in any way, please contact us in the same way for a return authorization.
