Out of Stock Items Sales Taxes Shipping The first thing to remember is that US shipping is FREE when you spend $100 or more. If you are spending below $100, you have a choice of UPS services or USPS Priority Mail. Orders that qualify for free shipping may be sent by either UPS
Ground, USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class at our discretion
dependent on weight and destination. If you would like to upgrade
the shipping of an order that qualifies for free shipping, please

UPS Ground will deliver to you within 1 to 6 days from when your order was completed, depending on your location.A detailed tracking number is provided.Please note that UPS will not deliver to PO Box addresses. USPS Priority Mail will normally be delivered in 2-3 business days. You will receive a delivery confirmation number that you can check online. All orders will be completed within 48hrs from receipt, Monday to Friday. Orders received on Saturday & Sunday will be processed on Monday. International Shipping For orders outside the US and Canada, The United States Postal Service Priority International service will be used, with a typical delivery time of 6 to 10 days. Canada shipping can take between 4 and 12 days depending on location. Your shipping cost is calculated during the checkout process so you will know exactly what your order will cost you. For orders delivered to non-US destinations, please note you may be charged duties and/or taxes by your local postal service and/or government for your order as it is coming from outside of your country. Any duties and/or taxes charged by your postal service and/or government are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
If, for any reason, you are not delighted with your purchase, we will refund your credit card with the cost of the product as long as you return it to us within 60 days of purchase. Simply e-mail our customer services team and you will be given return authorization by e-mail. Enclose the product you wish to return with the authorization slip and send it to the address we will provide you with. We will credit your account with the cost of the product in full.
